Safety Town & Camp

For the past 25 years, CJWC and the Cedarburg Police Department have co-sponsored the annual Safety Town and Camp Programs.

Safety Town is geared for children entering kindergarten in the fall and provides participants with a better understanding of when and where to cross a street, bike and water safety, and stranger awareness and much more. Sessions for this two week program are two hours per day and takes place in June each year.

Safety Camp is geared for children entering 3rd, 4th or 5th grade in the fall and provides participants with a safety refresher on bike, playground, park, and pool safety rules, as well as stranger awareness. Sessions for this one day program run 9:00am to 3:00pm and take place in June each year.
